CHILD CARE FACILITY
September 12, 2000 Update
INFANT TODDLER CENTER OCCUPIED.
With all materials transferred to their new facility, the staff of the Infant Toddler Center are busy organizing equipment and materials in their new facility in preparation for fall classes. Building #3, that will house pre-school/pre-kindergarten services, received a temporary occupancy permit this past Friday. Bond Facilities Maintenance staff proceeded with moving activities over the weekend. Building #4 should receive a temporary occupancy permit today. As soon as the permit is secured, moving activities will take place transferring materials and equipment out of the ASLCC Childcare Co-Op modular and into the new facilities. In regard to exterior site work, labor on the irrigation system nears completion. Once trenches are filled in, planting will take place. Additional clean up work will be completed in areas that were disrupted by the recent waterline break; bark chips will be brought in for a play area and the parking lot swept.
