CHILD CARE FACILITY
April 5, 2000 Update
Child Care Center:
Building 1 has cabinets installed, sheet vinyl in place, and oak trim installed. Vinyl composition tile also is installed, and various exterior and interior painting continues. Building 2 drywall is being taped, ductwork is being installed, and soffits will be installed this week in the infant crib area. Building 3 roofing is installed, framing is almost complete at the interior mechanical room, and rough-in plumbing is in progress. Building 4 roof framing is half complete and rough-in plumbing is almost complete. OSHA wants railing installed around attic access hatches. Lane Family Connections is expected to be the first occupant, moving into Building 1 in early May.
