PUGs Prepare Representation for July 8th Meeting
On July 8, 1998, the schematic designs will go before the board for approval. At that time, the enlarged "D" size schematics will be displayed on easels on the second floor foyer of the Administration building. For this critical meeting, display of the designs in this manner will allow the board members the opportunity to view the schematics while speaking individually with representatives of the various PUG groups, architects, the Bond Management Team and members of the gallery. Representatives will be ready to share their satisfaction levels with the designs being presented for approval and budget establishment. Those PUGs who will not be able to send a representative have been encouraged to submit a written document which concerns itself with satisfaction levels as well. In this manner, all PUGs will have direct impute regarding their respective area's design at the July 8th board meeting. This impute is a necessary and significant part of the continuing bond development process.
The Bond Management Team (BMT) will be available at 744-4154 or 747-4501 Ext. 2727 during summer hours to answer any questions and give information. All communication received by the BMT during the summer months will be reviewed regularly by the team, the architects and the Facilities Management Committee.
