Project Is Prepared For July 8th Board Meeting
On July 8, 1998, the Bond Project Team and gLAs architects will present the design schematics before the board for approval. If approved, the projects will have individual budgets established. However, approval and establishment of budgets will still allow the PUGs to modify not only the "footprint" of their plan, but also the interior configuration. The projects that have been planned to be completed by Lane trades staff, i.e., Center Building 2nd floor north, basement, library classroom, etc., were factored totally or partially out of the budget.
The Bond Management Team (BMT) will be available at 744-4154 or 747-4501 Ext. 2727 during summer hours to answer any questions and give information. All communication received by the BMT during the summer months will be reviewed regularly by the team, the architects and the Facilities Management Committee.
