Archive of Bond 1995 - Bond Status Report -03/13/2002

The following Bond 1995 Projects Status Report was presented to the Lane Community College Board of Education at its March 14, 2000 meeting.

Main Campus Projects:

Workforce Training:
Roofing, exterior envelope, store-front windows and brick veneer are 100% complete, installation of doors is 90 % complete and interior framing is 95% complete. Drywall is 95% complete and painting is 50% complete. Mechanical is 85% and electrical is 85% complete. Exterior rough grading is complete. On exterior elevator, roofing, windows and brick veneer are 100% complete. Concrete walks, steps and guardrails are complete. Elevator is scheduled to be operational at end of March. Completion of project has slipped to June 3, 2002. This is due to the late insertion of the Culinary Arts demonstration kitchen/classroom and preparation kitchen into the project.

Center Building, 2nd floor North remodel-Phase 2:
Metal wall framing has been completed and drywall is 25% complete. Sheetmetal ductwork is 75%, HVAC units have been ordered and are scheduled to arrive May 5th. Electrical rough-in is 100% complete. Project is on schedule to be completed June 1st, 2002.

Center Building, 4th Floor Remodel:
Space planning for 4th floor programs is proceeding as is the identification of temporary quarters for 4th floor programs during the remodel.

Archives:
No change from last report.

Sewage Lagoon Upgrade:
Nothing new to report at this time.


General Comments:

The Welding Technology Building, Addition to Campus Services Building, Parking Lot Improvements, Child Care Center, Math-Science Addition, Bus Station, Student Services Building, Central Plant Upgrade, Phase 1, Health Tech., Center building 2nd floor north, Phase 1, P.A.-P.E. ramp, the Addition to Performing Arts and Central Plant Upgrade have all been completed.
