The following Bond 1995 Projects Status Report was presented to the Lane Community College Board of Education at its March 14, 2000 meeting.
Main Campus Projects:
Workforce Training:
Roofing is 100% complete, installation of "store-front" windows and doors is 75% complete, exterior walls are framed and sheathed, brick veneer is 90% complete and interior framing is 80% complete. On exterior elevator, roof framing and roofing is complete and brick veneer is 75% complete. Installation of elevator cab has started. Completion of building is scheduled for April 9, 2002.
Performing Arts Addition:
Roof is complete, rain has delayed completion of metal siding and stucco on exterior walls. LCC painters started exterior finish of masonry when weather permits. Interior gypsum board is ready to be painted. Scheduled completion date remains at January 24, 2002.
Central Plant Upgrade, Phase 2, Heating Water Improvements:
Work progressing faster than scheduled. Substantial completion was scheduled for December 24th now it could occur December 14th.
Center Building, 2nd floor remodel-Phase 2:
At the date of writing this report, the building permit has still not been issued. LCC workers have done as much as can be done without a permit.
Seismic Upgrade:
See recommendation in this mailing.
Center Building, 4th Floor Remodel:
This matter is still being reviewed internally. A recommendation is planned for presentation to the Board at the January meeting.

Sewer Lagoon Upgrade:

General Comments:
Bond Project has reached the 80% level of completion. The Welding Technology Building; Addition to Campus Services Building; Parking Lot Improvements; Child Care Center; Math-Science Addition; Bus Station; Student Services Building; Central Plant Upgrade, Phase I; Health Tech, all phases; Center 2nd floor north, Phase 1; and P.A.-P.E. ramp have all been completed.
