Archive of Bond 1995 - Bond Status Report - 9/13/2000
The following Bond 1995 Projects Status Report was presented to the Lane Community College Board of Education at its September 13, 2000 meeting.
Community Learning Centers:
All Community Learning Centers have been essentially completed and are in operation. Additional air conditioning is planned for the Willamette High School CLC and some vinyl tile will be laid in the Junction City High School CLC as soon as the concrete floor slab dries sufficiently.
Main Campus Projects:
Welding Technology Building:
The building is complete and in operation.
Child Care Center:
The contractor is 99% complete and work done by LCC facilities is 85% complete. The Center is operational.
Campus Service Addition:
The building is complete and in operation.
Science/Math:
The remodel portion of the Science building has been completed and will be operational for Fall Term classes. The first floor of the west addition is about 90% complete and the second floor is 50% complete. The south addition is 50% complete and the east addition is 25% complete. The entire project is on schedule to be completed in March, 2001.
Student Services:
The exterior building envelope is 80% complete. Interior framing, electrical, ductwork, plumbing and sprinkler piping are 75% complete. The entire project is on schedule to be completed in March, 2001.
Health Tech. Remodel:
Demolition is 95% complete. Interior ductwork, plumbing, electrical and framing has started.
Sewage Lagoon Upgrade
Project is waiting for Response from DEQ to proposed upgrade plan.
LTD Bus Station
Project will be sufficiently complete for use by the start of Fall Term. Construction of shelters and clock tower will be completed by December.
Workforce Training:
The site excavation package has been completed. The construction documents for the building itself are 85% complete. Bid documents are scheduled to go to bidders in this month.
Infrastructure Upgrade:
This work continues on schedule.
LCC facilities project:
Remodel of Center building basement, ASLCC Co-op modular and ECE modular are well underway and scheduled to be operational by Fall Term.
