Infrastructure Upgrade
The Welding Building portion of the infrastructure project has been completed. Cabling for the other buildings is continuing.

Sewage Lagoon Upgrade
Representatives of the Bond project and the Oregon Military Department (OMD) met with Abiqua engineers again to receive their final report. All present agreed that the first priority is to add tertiary treatment equipment to the Lagoon. The second priority is to pipe the outfall to the coast fork of the Willamette River. Before work can begin we need DEQ review and approval of the final upgrade plan and an interagency agreement between the OMD and LCC. Negotiations on the interagency agreement will commence soon. A preliminary draft of the agreement will be presented for your input and the final document will require your approval. Bill Spoja of the OMD told us they might receive some funds from the National Guard Bureau which could be used within certain conditions for Off-site improvements. Bill will be at the Board meeting to discuss his agency's intentions with you.

LTD Bus Station
Design Development drawings are complete and an updated cost estimate has been done. The current cost estimate is $662,496. LTD and the Bond Management Team are reviewing the estimate to see if any reductions are possible. Actual construction of the station is scheduled for this summer.
