Cookin' with Clive: Summer Academy for High School Students at Lane
EUGENE -
High school students 16 years of age or older are invited to join
Chef Instructor Clive Wanstall for a five-day festival of cooking, tasting
and learning kitchen techniques at Lane Community College. The summer
session runs from June 21 through 25, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and will be held
at Lane main campus in Eugene, Building 19, Room 109. Students will cook
every day and take a family dinner home every night. The thrills of the
day include tapas, pizza, bubble and squeak, toad in the hole, woks up,
use your noodle, and more. Cost is $225. Class is limited to 24. For more
