Promote healthy brains during Brain Awareness Week
EUGENE - Psi Beta, the psychology honor society at Lane Community College, is sponsoring Brain Awareness Week to educate and promote a lifelong healthy brain. Free information on keeping your brain healthy will be provided Monday through Friday, April 5 through 9, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., in the cafeteria in the Center Building on main campus. There will be a raffle with prizes. Lane is a partner of the Dana Alliance for Brain Initiative, an international partnership of government agencies, scientific organizations, universities, and volunteer groups seeking to promote scientific, education or advocacy outreach for brain research.
