1. Approval of Minutes
The  November 7, 2001 minutes were approved.

2. Feedback on 11/14 Budget Forum
Any questions from the 11/14 forum will be responded to by Marie Matsen.
Anne Bonner reported that the students were in the process of gathering criteria from students and will have the data available before the 11/26 meeting.
The next forum will be on 11/26, 4PM on  the criteria for budget reduction and planning.  Marie feels it is important that BAG members attend.  
Also, public Board session on reviewing the criteria will be held on November 27, at 3:30 .  BAG is also encouraged to attend this work session.

3. Selection of BAG members to Three Budget Committees
The following four members have volunteered their names to be the BAG representative on the these committees:
 Transparency ñ Kaaren OíRourke
 Criteria -  Nanci LaVelle and Jane Russell
 Efficiency -     Jane Russell and Linda Loft

Members have agreed to e-mail Terry their nominees to each committee by noon on 11/27.

4. New Revenue Subcommittee
Jose Ortal has informed BAG that he has been asked to be BAGí s representative to the Enterprise Zone (EZ) group as they continue to work on revenue generation potentials.  

5. The Daily Update
Terry will provide the following  update in The Daily:
BUDGET FORUM: The Budget Advisory Group (BAG) has posted budget handouts from the November 14 forum on budget assumptions and FY03 budget projections on the budget development web site at http://2011sitearchive.lanecc.edu/budget/budget0203.htm. Please plan to attend the next Budget Forum on Monday, November 26, at 4 p.m. in FOR 308.   
 

The next BAG meeting will be 11/28, 3-5PM in BUS 205.  Donna Zmolek will facilitate.
