Purpose:  The Executive Team make budget recommendations to the college Budget Committee (as legally constituted according to Oregon Local Budget Law).  Those recommendations are contained in the Budget Document.

The Executive Team analyze the college’s financial and budget data as prepared by the Budget Analyst.  Divisions and Departments provide requests for additional budget to the Executive Team.  They also provide recommendations for budget reductions as necessary.  The Executive Team consider funding needs for the college that are beyond division/department budgets.  After considering all the needs of the college, the Executive Team prepare specific recommendations that will be presented to the Budget Committee.

The Executive Team are responsible for communicating with the college staff and students throughout the budget development cycle.  The Executive Team also meet with Budget Committee members to explain the budget recommendations and answer questions.
